I really wanted Lindsey to succeed but the more we saw of him the more it became clear that he was completely out of his depth. It wasn’t his fault that he was appointed after a ludicrous “search”, so Sandro had set him up to fail, but his abject interviews where he came across as thin-skinned, irritable and petty are firmly on him.
You can’t go thumping the badge one week and scurrying off down the tunnel the next either. He was absolutely all over the place!

On reflection, looking at the SHIT SHOW since he left I think he was doing a pretty good job at holding things together. |

I'm 'fatigued' with people thinking Lindsey was doing anything other than an awful job.
Pre-season was a joke, approach to cup competitions was criminal, fell out with key players, worst post-match interviews I've ever listened to and his form before he left was as bad as Morris'. He was just rank bad.
Has Morris been bad too? Yes.
