It’s a minimum of 2k or 10% of capacity, whichever is the lowest figure.

That’ll be why then.

TBF, if they are going to piss about with allocations then I’d rather we close the bank & give them just the 10%, especially as we don’t get to keep the extra revenue

I'll go for a 2-1 home win but will hold back on the attendance until the away allocations has been confirmed.
There's quite a debate going on the Vale forum suggesting they only give us 1200 tickets if that's all we give them.

Same with Sunderland v Wednesday only giving each other a 2,000 allocation.

They don’t even know their capacity currently it seems, some areas apparently can’t have tickets sold.

Some seats are definitely taken out for TV cameras. Hence why the Man City attendance was 14,753 when the capacity I think is a couple of hundred more. So judging on Man City we should be obligated to give 1,475.

Edit: Realised you're talking about Vale and not us.

5000 each would have been fairer!

I presume Vale will reciprocate on the number of away fans.

If we give them the Bank with 2,100 tickets they would have to give us their away end even though we’d only fill half of it. I

If they give us that away end, we'll fill it no dramas. Not a single doubt in my mind about that.

We just took 3,660 to Walsall for a league game. I understand its further but this is the play offs.

Thursday eve though. Work/school commitments will limit the numbers who can travel. 1500-2000 would be a tremendous achievement.

Well you're certainly making me feel a bit more bullish on the chances of securing a ticket. But I can see a 2k allocation being an extremely difficult one to secure for a non season ticket holder.

Well yes, if they limit us to 1200 then a few will certainly miss out on tickets. I'd guess at around 1500 being there, but our support this season has been phenomenal so who knows.

I was in Birmingham yesterday and it was heaving.

I would agree with this. It certainly wasn't what I would describe as 'dead'

Which is spin off of asking the question about the two current goal keepers.

Please let me know how far back in the history of STFC I’m allowed to discuss, thanks.

Just yesterday. HTH.

we've taken 6k to old Trafford midweek before.

I know you pick up a lot of Fairweather/United with that but it's not impossible we'd take 3-4k

Saw the bloke who sits over the Isle from us yesterday.

He was visiting his daughter at Birmingham uni.

Took him over 3 hours to make the car journey to Walsall!

the roads certainly weren't dead

We took 8k to Old Trafford midweek and 3000 to Leeds when Paul Robinson scored in stoppage time.

Was there for both. Had only been to The County Ground, Fratton Park and Elm Park before that Old Trafford trip. Blew me away and wasn't as big as it is now.
