There did seem to be quite a lot of empty seats at the front of the Arkells actually, strange situation if the match is sold out. Is that the the family and friends section?

I was thinking the same. Someone mentioned in the last advisory board about this and I think it might stem from that you can't actually see the pitch because of the dug outs in the way. It was suggested why don't we remove the dug outs and just move them back similar to how they are at Old Trafford if that is the case?

Millwall away in the PO season was fun, but didn't see any trouble at Wembley.

IF we were to beat Vale, it would be interesting to see how many fans we take to Wembley. We struggled to scrape up 20k last time, but with the feel good factor returning I reckon we could manage 25-28k.

That issue was compounded by Wembley refusing the open up the cheaper tickets in the top tier unless we had almost sold out the bottom tier. It put a bunch of people off. If you get over the early 20s, then we should kick on towards 30k because the cheap seats will remain open and the more casual fans will be tempted by it.

Shithouse stuff from Wembley really.

Also there were no trains past Reading which didn't help.

What Preston game? We beat Sheffield in a thriller in the playoffs and then I and 19999 other Town fans went to London and had some beers. That was it. Nothing after that point occured.  Hmmm

Watched the Sky Highlights from Sunday Didn't realise Alan Parry was doing the commentary. If you're looking for omens.... 'And that surely means it's the Premier League for Swindon Town now'.

Does this VLOG chap think away goals count? "If it stays like this we only need to score one".

Also "This is Swindon's big match, we're just happy to be here" at 1-0 had a very "As we're losing I'll say I don't care" vibe.

Why would they be 'just happy to be here'?

In addition to the issue with trains and the weird way of not opening the top /cheapest tier, the Paint Pot final was also cheaper tickets overall too.

Dirty tactics?

Every team has their moron fans but I'm yet to see any evidence the Port Vale fan base have a couple of brain cells between them yet. What on earth are they talking about?
