The Man City coach was spotted in Carterton about 30 mins ago. Their aircraft arrived in Manchester to collect the team at 4.15   Let’s say 60-90 mins turn around will put them into Brize Norton at approximately 7.00pm

The Man City coach was spotted in Carterton about 30 mins ago. That means they’ve flown into Brize Norton.  So they’ve decided to bring a team down.

In fairness I thought they'd fly down. I thought Cotswold airport.

Man City ones? I know not a lot happens in Highworth so even a Stagecoach is exciting and news worthy!

If the info I have received re aircraft registration and flight number is correct (and I have no reason to suspect it isn’t) the aircraft is still on the ground in Manchester. I reckon it will be about a 6.30 - 7.00 arrival at Brize Norton.

Why would a military airport be accepting a civilian aircraft.

Shows how much bookies know about our team, Grant is 33/1 to score first and Conroy /Lyden 40/1

Why would a military airport be accepting a civilian aircraft.

There is some commercial traffic at Brize these days I think.

If the info I have received re aircraft registration and flight number is correct (and I have no reason to suspect it isn’t) the aircraft is still on the ground in Manchester. I reckon it will be about a 6.30 - 7.00 arrival at Brize Norton.

Are we sure they are coming down tonight, there is a charter flight (using the company Man City use) leaving Manchester at 1030 in the morning arriving at Brize at 1130 tomorrow?

Cannot speak for others, but I only know about using the web for such matters as we used flight tracking websites for geography lessons during home schooling last year.

It’s a long-shot but does anyone on here know a D Whitehead who’s possibly still waiting for his ticket in the DRS?
