This is good news. I don’t know how she can live with herself. You have thought that, if you had a shred of decency, you’d rather face justice than enact some loophole to get away with it. Even if for your conscience sake

"It is understood Mrs Sacoolas, 44, will appear by video link from the US."

if found guilty, will she be extradited to face three punishment?

No. Any sentence passed will likely as not it will be served in the US., if at all. Though there is the question of what ‘deal’ was done to get this far.

Indeed it is, as is the one sided extradition and criminal exchange agreement negotiated by that cunt Blair. Such is the dislike of that cunt he’s still not been given a knighthood as is customary for an out going PM and as a result no one else has been knighted (rightly or wrongly) since. Poisoned chalice for anyone to give him one. They will after he dies though.

There is some useful guidance on the general law on the internet.

I'm afraid I have to disagree as I don't think we have all of the facts. The tabloids have jumped to jingoistic conclusions.

Do we think she intended to kill the poor lad? I doubt it. I suspect that it was a horrible accident, with a horrible consequence, which has cost a young man his life. But it has also destroyed the lives of two families.

I suspect that the 'diplomatic immunity' thing is a standard response. If a Brit had done the same in the US then I'm sure we would have brought them home under the same banner.

We have a judicial system for a reason. Lets let it play out and the facts be aired in a court of law. Hopefully a judge and jury will come to a sensible conclusion and punishment.

Hmm, not sure that this should constitute your case theory.

She gets no sympathy from me. Drove on wrong side of road and miles someone. Then buggered off rather than face justice.
