My 8 year old's account is registered on my email, so is my account, when I try to gain ticket privileges for him it sends an email to me asking to log in as him and allow it... but he is 8, and doesn't have a log in. Ugh.

I always have exactly this issue and can't see a way around it!

I have bought 4 tickets but in different seats to my usual season ticket seats. At least that means we have tickets. I will see if the club can swap them to my usual seats but better than nothing and can't be bothered with the wait on the phone.

Has anyone else completely lost interest in this game, with all that's going on? No? Just me then!  Cheesy

How difficult can it be to order a ticket on line, ffs.

Or get down the CG and pick one up.

Has anyone followed the "how to link accounts" advice on the official site?

the advice is correct

however it used to be there case you had to request and be granted permission to buy/assign tickets on somebody else's behalf. this was an additional step

having done this as recently as the Walsall fa cup game all my tickets in the network were available to purchase.

if you have one client number for several st, or several st on one account, or the same name on several st you could be stuffed. not sure about u11 accounts either...

Just did it myself.  Click on the person in top right once you login, click view account menu, under account management click network.  Add your membership numbers and your hood.  Then when buying tickets assign them to members accordingly

Assigning isn't the problem, it's getting the reserved ticket for him that's the issue, in the meantime the seat next to me that I wanted for my eldest has sold. Mind you, nobody's actually going to be sat watching this game in the stadium, soooo...

I'm probably losing interest because City's recent results suggest we're not likely to even make a game of it! I hope I'm wrong

Premier League play on, but fa cup replays at risk.

Will just have to do it over the 90

I’m glad I sorted all this ticket linking nonsense during the Rovers ticket fiasco, the ticketing system just isn’t fit for purpose but that doesn’t excuse the piss poor effort on the phones. The constant excuses and apologies are starting to wear a bit thin now, in a normal business this level of customer service would destroy a company.

The window for Season Ticket & Half Season Ticket Holders to purchase tickets for @ManCity will be extended to Thursday.

They will not be released to General Sale until Thursday night.

This will allow all ST Holders Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday to purchase tickets.
