I’ve bought tickets for us both before, but there’s no option to do it for Man City.

How the bloody hell do you select your ST seats?

edit : got it : Select your face thingy top right and select "reserved seats"

Nice one Batch.
Thought I would check on here first before entering the “cube” ordering tickets.
Read your comment and sorted without any problem. They even had the season tickets reserved by name that made it easier.
All calm 🙃

Agree. Clearly self isolating and can only wait until further news.
Can see the at least 2 weeks of this season being played behind closed doors as a start.

Note the comment from batch.
Your Tickets will be reserved under your logging.
Go into the ticket ordering page and hit the image of the head / face.
Should give you the screen showing tickets reserved.

Have you purchased for them before and are they season ticket holders?
You should have authority to buy on their behalf, if you have you will have reserved seats against your logging in screen (ticketing ordering screen). “The icon of the head.”

I have 2 season tickets on my account - so should be allowed 2 additional tickets.

Nope, only had my single ticket (even though I’ve bought tickets for us both before).

Had to sign in to his account separately and do two separate transactions.

Still, have now bought both although no option to buy the other tickets that we were supposed to be able to get.  Just as well I hadn’t promised to do that for anyone else

on separate accounts, there's a difference between linked accounts, and permission to buy tickets for a linked account . very odd if you've done it before though ...

two ST tickets under one account seems FUBAR. I thought the intention was one account one customer. gawd knows what happened there

My 8 year old's account is registered on my email, so is my account, when I try to gain ticket privileges for him it sends an email to me asking to log in as him and allow it... but he is 8, and doesn't have a log in. Ugh.
