SUBS | Ward, Crichlow, Gladwin, Lyden, Mitchell-Lawson, Gilbert, East, Dabre, Fox.

Glad we aren’t starting with all three of Payne Gladwin and Williams. Would have picked Gladwin to warm the bench from those three

Saving Critchlow for Orient?

Good to see Dabre on the bench.

Yeah for some reason Gladwin, Payne and Williams can't seem to all play together but any of the 2 seem to work fine, Williams for me is the man on form and Payne has scored a few goals recently so that line up makes sense.

Crich was blatantly not fit on Tuesday and needs work, Dabre is very hit and miss but hes a little livewire, he looked far better when moved to an attacking position than playing at wingback on Tuesday.

Even with 9 subs and a MoM-winning midweek performance, the General is demoted, while Fox makes the squad. I thought Gordon was the pick of Tuesday’s youngsters. Odd.

And what a great option to have come on after half time. That’s just as good a reason to have one of those three not start as much as I agree they don’t seem to gel when all three start

My lad says IHHO Fix was his pick on Tuesday.

I guess you mean Fox mate?

Fox did ok but IMO wasn't as much a threat as Gordon when he came on, still looked a good prospect though.

The Walsall fans don't seem to rate the left back Mills so Kesler-Hayden might be in for a good afternoon.

Talking of decent prospects....I see Marcus ifill has been going down a storm since his £200k transfer from Town to Brighton for their U23s.

So far this season he has played 9 games, scored 4 times and got 7 assists!

Walsall have former Town target when he was at Yeovil Otis Khan on the bench, they also have former Town loanee Rollin Menayese starting on loan from Mansfield.
