Why would the Stevenage stewards be working at Walsall ?
Don't recall seeing the Stevenage stewards pulling down advertising hoardings or throwing things into the pitch but it was a while ago so perhaps my memory isn't what it was.

It feels wrong to say this, however, I’m going too. With the localised lack of drinking opportunities being what they are and fingers crossed coupled with a non contentious away win there hopefully will be less opportunity or reason for the single celled fuckwitted retards to engage in antisocial behaviour inside the ground.

Or baiting fans.
Regardless of whether there was any 'baiting', do you think its acceptable to respond by tearing down advertising hoardings and throwing bins about? I don't personally think the steward that was 'baiting' was very professional in his behaviour at all but the response to it, seemed a little over zealous.

Anyway, hopefully it's a cracking away day without incident and we are in the draw on Monday (or whenever it is)

Which some on here see as a normal activity, like wiping your arse.

Pre match not wanting a free Saturday or a trip to Mansfield on 8th Jan in St Matthew's Hall. Unless we draw Mansfield in the 3rd round that is.
First meeting in the FA Cup since 1959 at the CG. Anyone go along to that one?
We lose 5-0 here about once every 25 years and it's overdue. Don't think we'll get pommeled by the Saddlers today. Matt Taylor has had a steady start to his stint in the saddle here. Wouldn't have objected to him taking the reins at the CG.
A pity that the club outside the ground is home fans only now. How do the locals near the ground survive in such barbaric conditions with no pubs nearby. Glad we don't have to come here again. Ohh..
Feeling a bit downbeat, maybe after all the talk of murder & death on here. Or could just be the time of year. Anyway, getting into the festive spirit with a pint of Wychwood Bah Humbug.
Think we'll do ok today which will make putting up with the lack of leg room in the away end worthwhile. Hopefully people won't end up having to share one seat space with 2 or 3 others.
Finally the question to ponder, is do Electric Squirrels, even the enigmatic ones, still hide their nuts in grass?

Excellent post as always and here's hoping we win to keep the expectations of a big 3rd round draw! My nuts are always hidden especially during the winter😀

On their forum several are suggesting if they lose to us today that he be relieved of his duties there. Walsall have always been a hard set of fans to please with ideas well above their station.

You are missing nothing. There is already a thread called "Taylor out?" Is this too early? Club is no better than last year and worse than Clarke’s first year Horrid team building and I know he is not experienced but he doesn’t seem to have it as a manager So many poor players, formation stubbornness , players who are incredibly unfit and poor substitutes. I feel for him but I just don’t think he has it yet to be a league 2 manager. Hopefully he proves me wrong Thoughts? Get someone experienced in rather than replying on ‘potential ‘ again?
In many respects the Club is worse.
I agree to an extent but unfortunately the damage is done for this year and I’m actually worried for our league position. Taylor has yet to show me any good management yet though, guy doesn’t know how to turn a game around for the better and hasn’t done anything yet mid game to change a game except make it worse. I just don’t think he is a league manager yet
Taylor is not the problem, it’s the recruitment. The club is ran by a fraud.
poor bloke has been dealt a load of shit!
