The game seems flat (compared to an away game….). Think we could do with playing the wide option, and pulling the ball back rather than cutting in as much as we go - just use Hayden and Iandolo more, and keep them wide. Fingers crossed we’ll up our game - that felt very much like “home” form.
I think the way of stretching them is to overload at least one wing, maybe both. We don't even have to change the players, we could ask Hunt to play right back and push KKH on, with Williams or Payne linking up with Iandolo. They would have to move someone out of the middle, then you have more space to play balls into the front two. |
