Restart and complete the planned purchase of the County Ground from Swindon
Borough Council under the terms of the joint venture agreement and operate that
agreement in partnership according to the agreed terms.

Bowling alley under the Town End time!! Smiley

Ok, first question in the new world of transparency.  Why is Lee Power still a director of Swindon Town Football Club Ltd?

Do you not need a board meeting to vote people out?  I assume they have been too busy with other stuff

I assume that there's still 'director's loans', debentures and all that crud to sort out. Does he stay in place until it's all done and dusted?

Have you tried asking the club/Trust?

Whatever the formalities or reasons, he has no shares in the holding or topco companies and so is powerless (no pun intended).

Unless you are impling something beyond the question?

If you check Companies house it does still list Power as an active director;

https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/00053100/officers

But if you check the persons with significant control he's not on it.

https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/00053100/persons-with-significant-control

Instead it's good ol' Seebeck 87, which if you check has Clem as director

https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/08323017/officers

And then if you check the filing history has Power removed from it on the 6th August.

https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/08323017/filing-history

Which is a later date than he's removed from the filings on the Swindon Town company (20th July if you're interested) but this shit takes time, as anyone who's dealt with anything to do with government organisations can agree  Roll Eyes

https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/00053100/filing-history

So is Power still listed on companies house? Yes. Is he in control of anything? No.
