Cheers JJ, seems strange considering he's done it so often
He only ever used to do about 1 out of every 3 or 4 away games and never used to do home comms right up until lockdown restirctions.

Me too and possibly a bit harsh on Iandolo as well but Hunt does "usually" defend better than him.
Disagree, Iandolo was a liability last week and always is defensively. More worrying is he always seems fucked after 20 minutes be it whether starting or coming on as a sub.

They have the experienced Perch out injured at CB so playing Hewiit there, 2 centre backs with an average height of 6 foor 4!

Ex Town loanee Kellan Gordon at right back.

Their fans not confident about that defence apparently.

I think Iandolo has done "ok" this season when he has played but he always looks weak defensively for sure. His fitness has always been a bit of an issue, not sure how many games he has completed 90 mins in TBH.

Nice to have a strong looking bench too, might even see the first game for Mitchell-Lawson today.

Just need that striker (or 2) on the bench to change things a bit if its not working as Parsons looks far better at attacking midfield than striker when I have seen him play there.

Has Clough been back to the CG since that 5-5 play off semi? He’s generally a miserable bastard, but it was off the scale after that game.

I don't think he has, he wasn't Burton manager for their last 2 visits.

Crowd looks currently similar to the Tranmere attendance, still 4 mins to fill up though, similar amount of away fans too as Tranny brought.

Mansfield have a shot from 18 yards well over the bar.

Critchlow tries to pass it out of defence and fucks up and gives the ball away but we get away with it.

Simpson good crossfield ball to Hunt on the edge of the box, he cuts inside but his shot is low and weak and easily saved.

He looked really good there. Hopefully more to come from him.

Some good defending by KKH but Simpsons control is not good there on the half way line.
