TBF I suspect they have possibly been doing that for ages (albeit I really don't understand how the ownership model has operated as the board of directors seem to have very little if any engagement with the ultimate owner.), I wonder whether its more to try and make the fucker move as he could lose whatever he thinks its worth by the admin route? I also fear for them that there may be a degree of frying pan and fire going forward... |

Looks like a takeover deal with a U.S. consortium has fallen through for Colchester United. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/c2d00l0726noColchester are reported to have over 30M quid in debts (some sources say 40M). Colchester are reportedly going to cut the player budget by 40% for the upcoming season. So, given that Colchester with all their debts are potiential sellers of their club, why aren't Swindon? |
