Feels like the FA hearing has emboldened or reassured the club that they're off the hook and away from scrutiny.

If anyone wants one, the club are selling signed photos of players.

£40 or £70 with a frame.

Jesus, cant see much of a take up on that

Surely you need to have some affiliation with the players to want a signed picture of them, how can we have an affiliation when they are typically only here for 6-12 months?  Possibly Charlie Austin aside, i can't think of any Swindon player that i would want to pay for a signed photo of (if i was somebody that collected signed photos) in recent years, probably back to the days of Hoddle.

I guess the best you can hope for is a Tom Broadbent/Eoin Doyle style short term cult hero for one moment/a few months of brilliance. Maybe Kemp similarly.

This is just a assumption on my part but i will be really disapointed if this means the players stop signing things on the way into the games

Club trying to make a bit of money, good luck to them. Not sure what the appetite there is for these things but i hope lots for the clubs sake.

Football tat will always sell. So far 'From the Club' have 14 clubs signed up. There does seem to be a market for these kind of things, and matchworn shirts etc. I'm sure some money will be made.

Sam M has more on the Karachi deal redux in the Ink today, tl;Dr being that it seems a lot more above board than the first attempt, although still baffling as to why we'd bother. Well, baffling if your priorities were running a football club anyway

More above board how? The last attempt has UK government backing!

But yes, if we are losing £1m a year why are we bothering.

Wasn't sure where to put this but it does have a paragraph mentioning STFC.

I mean these two shacking up again now they have a clean slate. It will not be at all surprising if it transpires that Town pick up a ''rough diamond'' from Hurstpierpoint FC...  Roll Eyes

£28 for a Crewe ticket is worthy of comment.

It is what it is, but might not be too long before we are paying the same as or more than away fans in the PL, albeit away tickets are capped at £30 for another season or two.
