I’m fairly certain companies house would have sent a few reminders to file that form too, prior to the deadline. It will be a 5 minute job (assuming no shareholding changes)

Wouldn't shareholder changes be in the holding company. Or the holding holding company. I can't remember what sits above this.

What a fantastic forward thinking idea - you know it might just catch on in the business world.
Do you know? they might be on to something here.

It might just catch on.

Not making any excuses for the club on wider issues but from experience the day to day statutory management of a Ltd company tends to be done by your accountants, not the company itself. On things like confirmation statements its usually a call reminding you its needed and if something needs signing asking you to do so (electronically or popping in in person). So I would say, its more likley ineptitude within the accountants rather than club, that being said if they can't get that simple bit right not sure how confident I would be for the rest of the processes.

Hall is just a host body for Clem in the UK, everything he says is just letting slip what the chairman really thinks.

As I’ve said before he is CEO in name only ( as was Aberdeen), Morfuni runs the show (or is told what to do).

"Axis Sports Investments - vehicle used to put money into Swindon Town - has paid off the transfer funding loan taken out on behalf of #stfc last March in full."

I see they have also admitted that there is no hope of the new stadium being finished before they have to vacate the three sided place so are looking at ground share options.

Could you explain to me what initiated the transfer funding loan and what amount was involved if known and similarly what the Seebeck issue was all about ?
I’m sure this has been discussed on here but I can’t remember. I am also starting to wonder where this new found money is coming from. Thanks.

All guesswork
Could you explain to me what initiated the transfer funding loan

The need for cash I suppose, rob Peter to pay Paul. It seems not uncommon for clubs to borrow money against future revenue (at a cost).

Can't recall.

The Seebeck issue wasn't one really. The company is one of the middle companies in the ownership company hierarchy and is effectively dormant. I think they forgot to file accounts on time and were issues a winding up order. They have filed them now I assume as the WO has been dropped

I did think that was likely.

Guessing it'll be Adams Park.
