How much do we think the club is really worth? 5m?

Club is worth nothing. It’s a loss making business with half an asset at most (the CG) and there is little to no way you’d be able to sell that for a profit.

In essence it should £1 for the club. Probably some of the 9m owed to ‘Clem’ upfront & the rest as a deferred payment plan over x amount of years - maybe with a small interest rate % attached to it to sweeten the deal.
