From what I was told, the land was purchased under Swindon Town’s name so when it gets settled in or out of court what assets are owned by who, the golf course should end up as a club asset but likely to disappear in a magician’s puff of smoke.
I know this is gonna blow everyone's minds but from the planning documents its not clear, STFC were the applicant on both the houses and the training ground applications but within the application docs they signed certificate B and served notice on a certain Mr L Power as being the freeholder or lease holder of the land involved which would suggest that he owned/owns it (or at least did in 2020), this would also suggest a reason why Morfuni showed no interest in getting the applications over the line (they were delegated for approval subject to a legal agreement but the applicant went quiet on the Council and the council finally refused due to no contact).

Any reporting has suggested Power as the owner of the land, including some articles where the Eady Trust were investigating the concept o purchasing it from him and investing in the development.
I presume the grey area on ownership would be around where the funds came from that Power used to make the purchase - I presume Mr Standing believes they were STFC funds that should have been sent to him in lieu of their deal - in the Court Cases a significant sum of money was channeled to Power after player sales that Standing was supposed to receive a share from.
I am not sure that STFC the business has any legal standing in an ownership debate in that case.

I wonder if he knows some folks in the Construction game?
Imagine the snagging list though... they'd all be made with no windows, doors or roofs. And probably really rubbish floors.

Your comments offer nothing at times. But I've seen this on social media a lot. People will just comment ''no'' on something purely just for wanting to wind folk up. I'm not sure what you're personally gaining out of it tbh.
FWIW, Moss asked a perfectly fine question.
really?

I know the common belief is that admin would come with expulsion from the league and/or a hefty points deduction but is this a written rule of more of just an expectation?
I read through the EFL handbook yesterday (scanning rather than reading everything) as I thought it could be 3 strikes and you're out and the "golden share" taken away but I couldn't find owt. Not the most enjoyable 2 hours of my life!

Ron. Perhaps you can understand the logic of Morfuni seemingly allowing STFC to get relegated from this division...and out of the football league. The fear of administration would then be less and he would basically lose his supposed investment. Things simply don't make sense or am I missing something here?.. Suppose the question should be.. who will gain if swindon were relegated or went into administration?

You cant put a post like this up and then not share any details!
Unfortunately, by the very nature of things, I’m not allowed by confidentiality rules to divulge anything. I’d be in serious do do’s if I did. Suffice to say, I’m not the only one to dug things up.

Fully understand that. Standing is running the show and no doubt you will have uncovered that.

SS.. Why would anyone risk it for no obvious personal gain.
Perhaps you would get more success with contacting Rob Angus however that would be unlikely.

Shrewsbury apparently have 2 US bidders keen. No one interested in buying football clubs though.

Unfortunately this lot won’t want anyone to see the books.
Unlikely the club will ever be sold to someone credible..

I really don't see that logic, but, I do not know ant details of who runs the club. If I did I would post it.
