The club said during one of the Advisory Board meetings that they don't really bother with marketing.

Something about the people would buy them anyway wouldn't be swayed by marketing.

Surely they can see this is a bit of a disastrous time

So 1 week since the open letter from the Trust, and surprise, nothing has happened. I didn't expect it but just shows the lack of care the current set up have.

No further communication apart from a holding statement, no manager still, no season ticket push, nothing. Just an absolute mess.

Well, not 100% true. Digger did respond. If you’re talking about actions? Well, that’s a different story. A sloth moves quicker than our current incumbents.

There are social media / marketing people at the club - You'd think there's nothing stopping them from promoting season tickets on the website and on social media, and creating interesting content to post to create some sort of buzz. But nothing is happening... are they waiting to be told to do their job? What are these people doing? The culture at the club is rotten, it starts at the top and spreads.

They still haven't emailed existing season ticket holders I don't think. Unforgivably shit. That costs £0.

Oxford went up to the championship and laughed at us during that time if that helps.

Had a good beer up at Wembley as they had run out of piss laughing at us BEFORE the Play Offs!

A mate of mine has just sent me a tweet going on aboutn how Chelsea have had 24 manager since 2000.  More that there have been popes.

We have had 39.

We really are a ridiculous club.

The longer this mess goes on, the more I subscribe to the theory that Clemente's refusal to sell the club is primarily down to him being chased for money/assets by Australian courts - allegedly.

The clubs shitness doesn't just cover fans, it also extends to the commercial team.

Our commercial agreement has run out and all we have had is an email with a brochure. No telephone call or meeting to try and persuade us to renew or to even attempt to build a rapport. When Danny Lee was there we spoke to him at least once a month and he was always getting us to sponsor new things and he even introduced us to other sponsors to build our business network.

My last meeting with the club we were given 20 minutes and the first question was "how much have you got to spend" no surprises that every inch of space has an advertising board, they are running it like a used car dealership.

That's James Watts' department right? Considering he's been praised in the past, you can't help but wonder whether his time is basically dedicated to being a full time concert promoter now.

No wonder there are pretty persistent rumours we haven't got a shirt sponsor sorted yet then...
