I cannot believe what we've had to endure over the years, we must be amongst some of the unluckiest fans around.

"Our team has already taken steps towards addressing some known issues, as we sat down together during my recent visit and started working on solutions".

Really values his own input doesn't he. I'm glad someone does. He's deluded, self-important and ignorant. Quite the combo.

Whilst all of this is happening (or, not happening) we lose ground daily on every club with proper people in charge, actually committed to the job full time as opposed to our part-time jokers, driving their clubs forwards.

There are a few things to keep in mind when considering the slowness of any response or perceived action by Clem, even if you give him the benefit of the doubt of just being shit at running the club.

First, it probably takes a bit of effort to smuggle out the money people have paid for services in plumbing in Sydney, and get it over to a business in the UK when you also have to avoid paying the creditors in Sydney that are now probably a year overdue on payment.  Every so often you also have to liquidate one of those funding vehicle's/businesses as the Ponzi scheme begins to collapse.

Second, even if he wanted to run it properly and his own way, without any input, he knows full well what type of people he has around him - Zav's trip to the hospital will have been a good reminder the last time someone tried to squeeze out one of the others.  In any other scenario, the Vice Chair of a professional football club being beaten on his doorstep, to the point of needing emergency treatment, would have been followed by a police investigation and trial at some point.  Not just a statement saying how nasty it was.

He's hoping he can get some good news in before facing the music isn't he.

Hoping to disprove the Trust survey if it doesn't reflect reality on ST sales
Hoping to get an ex name in
Hoping a couple of experienced signings will convince fans its going to be different.

Trust have to be a bit careful if this happens.

Lee Peacock just taken the assistant job at Plymouth Parkway, imagine he's gutted not have been asked (or perhaps he was...)

Assistant to Chris McPhee, once of this parish as well.

Lee has no intention of moving back to Swindon, certainly just yet, hes only recently moved down there to be with his new girlfriend.

Well we’ve had Clem’s reply, we’ve seen the open letter & blah, blah, blah, learn from our mistakes (didn’t we say that last time), blah, blah, blah open dialogue (which we can ignore again), blah, blah, blah.

Interesting that Both FBT & Austin have mentioned too many people behind the scenes (who don’t know about football) interfering. Also notable they both agreed Clem isn’t the problem, albeit he takes the responsibility because he’s employed & allowed the wrong people to have influence

I imagine that the payers exposure to Clem is very limited.  They probably get the same as fans in the Hospitality get - some smiles, platitudes and a selfie.  They don't really use the owner as their sounding board, and he is running things via Zoom, e-mail and WhatsApp it seems.

Do we still have fans volunteering to take the players their lunch?  Or have we just given up on feeding them?

Whilst I applaud the Trust for the fresh approach.

I do feel that they could have added a timetable for expected answers / meaningful response.

Club Management have responded in a similar way before, you haven’t asked for a date so we won’t give you one!

I believe the Trust missed an opportunity there.
