The 4-2 win with the Gladwin hat-trick seems a long time ago now. Even the joyous occasion of Will Henry's finest hour as a professional is becoming a dim and distant memory.
One win from the next two is the absolute minimum. That would kick the can a bit further down the road and put the focus on the away game at AFC Wimbledon's sister club. Sadly, whatever league we are in next season and without regime change, there is the prospect of another struggle on a pared back budget.
Good day out at Rochdale and one of the better pre match playlists at Spotland or should that be the Crown Oil Arena. Also the home of Cargo Studios, complete with blue plaque, for those into the history of post-punk music.

I'd say we need a win and a draw from the next 2

Definately anything less than 4 points from the next 2 and we can wave goobye to L1. Wins breed confidence and anything less than 100% effort from every player and will be unacceptable tonight. If we set out to pressure them, press them high and pass the ball around then I feel we will win, if we sit back and let them at us and resort to hoofball then we will lose, simple.

Debating whether to watch this or not, will wait to see the starting line up. If he starts Curran in a key relegation class then that'll be me done for the season I think.
Despite their form Rochdale do concern me a bit as they do seem to score goals and against our defence (or lack of) that is always a worry.

11/8 for them to score more than once. Easy money.

Had some high scoring games since the back end of Jan though, 3-3 against Peterborough, 4-4 against Charlton, 3-4 against Oxford, 3-3 against Wigan, 2-2 against Gillingham so seem capable of scoring but thankfully off the boil at the moment so fingers crossed that continues tonight.

In the U18 game town won 1-0 thanks to a late goal by Whitfield after a great through ball.
Some decent performers too, game was shown live on Indonesian TV.
