I picked up a bread machine recently and it’s currently proving the dough for some home made pizzas. Toppings will be tuna, olives and capers on one and ham and garlic mushrooms on the other.

That sounds really nice. When cooking the mushrooms do you have any tips to stop the water leaking out making the pizza wet on top?

Ooooo nice idea for the rocket. Jimmy I cook them in butter and garlic in a frying pan, pop them onto the pizza and in the oven. That seems to do the trick

Good tip for the mushrooms as too much water comes out of them in the oven!

Curry. A takeaway tonight but my own cooking of it has improved massively since Christmas.
