Some good performances tonight. Nice to see a few putting in a shift for the cause.

Pitman, easy for me.
His experience proved so valuable at the end.

Nice to have choices. Don't think anyone had a bad game.
Travers for his handling at set pieces Pitman for winning every header and holding the ball up and a winning goal Hope for his non stop pressing Odimayo for his defending and attacking play 1st half.

Perhaps a night for MOM to be shared. Everyone of them sweated blood. Hope's defensive shift in the second half really caught my eye. Lyden broke everything up as usual since in his return. Masterson gets the job done. Will be interested to see NMH's ratings.

I was walking home from work in the pouring rain trying to watch the first half (after the goal) on my phone - Thought it was 7pm start. Saw the second half from home, but didn't seem many bright performances. We were dogged and determined, but Wigan look poor.
So, difficult to select a MotM, but I guess, Pitman did well to hold the ball up, take it to the corner and I think I saw him sprint in the last couple of mins!

Didn't see enough of the game properly to do ratings I'm afraid.

That's a shame. But thanks for the your trouble throughout the season. Always well judged and interesting.

Travers very composed when claiming the ball, unlike his opposite number.
Much better from Thompson as well.
But Pitman gets the vote for chugging towards the corner in added time and overall putting in a good shift.

Pitman was immense tonight, held the ball up well, won some headers and scored a scruffy goal. I thought Palmer had a decent game as well but Pitman mom

Travers for me. We have not defended corners well at all and we gave them 9 tonight, so kudos there because there has been times this season where we would eventually concede at a corner. Great handling.

Strange how Wigan fans saw our players’ performances with a few bemoaning Palmer choosing this game to ‘play like Zidane’!

They all played their hearts out, very hard to select one, but Pitman for his nuisance value tying up their CB's and his hold-up play, and his goal.

Tempted by Pitman but I went for Travers as we wouldnt have been in the game without a few vital saves by him, what a difference a good keeper makes, their keeper was a clown.

Pitman easy for me, gave their CB’s nightmares, a proper target man’s performance and the Pitman of old turned up.
Shout out again to Hope who I always think is a little underrated
