Engage massively with the fan base.
Apart from financially sensitive information - budgets, individual wages etc - be completely transparent with full accounts published every year.
Prepare for the time when you are no longer owner to try and discourage the shysters from taking over - see Wigan as prime example of how it can go from an owner/fan success to the edge of oblivion so quickly.
Redevelop the CG with a 25,000 all seater stadium - terracing won’t be coming back as we knew it.
Im certain that if ALL income generated by the club stayed within the club it wouldn’t be far off from being self sustaining. Maybe a gentle financial nudge to get the ball rolling.
For shits and giggles I’d handsomely pay Steve McMahon to be put in the stocks on the pitch at half time so fans can pelt him with whatever objects they deem appropriate. Could be a few more to add to him.

Man, so much bullshit has been suggested in the last 20-odd years by owners or potential owners  I remember hearing at school in the late 90s that Honda wanted to invest in the team, like a lot of Japanese manufacturing firms have with their 'home' towns in Japan, but Rikki Hunt wouldn't let them have a member on the board. 100% bullshit but I remember hating Hunt for that |
