It's not all about the players, we have a proven manager who can make things work and get that team mentality. I think we'll probably take a bit more interest in Blackpool this season and how things go for them, good or bad  Like others have said, some of their fans are sounding similar to some Bradford fans last season. |

Bamber went from us to Watford. Then had spells at Stoke and Hull before ending up back at Blackpool...a bit of a stretch to say they took him from us! |

Never been to Blackpool but everyone I talk to say it’s awful. If it didn’t have a beach, what else would it have apparently. Closest I’ve been is Morecambe which is the place that time forgot. *Shudders*
People always say how bad Swindon is but there are definitely worse places and every place has rough areas.
The town though has needed a lot of rejuvenation for many years.

TBF the "shithole" tag can be levied at almost every large town or city in the UK. Every one has good and bad areas, Swindon certainly no worse than many many others. |

Blackpool had been the only place I'd seen a bird pull down her drawers and have a piss in the street, up until about 4 years ago when I saw similar in Prospect Hill.... tbf the Swindon lass, did position herself over the gutter, whereas the Blackpool lass didn't bother. I guess it's a difference in class.
