Sensible comments all round so far on that thread - clearly we got the short straw with the idiot posting on here.

Grant was immense last season, don’t get me wrong, but he hasn’t pulled up any trees at League 1 level for a long time so I can see why their fans are slightly underwhelmed. Hopefully a case of Wellens getting the best out of a player and Blackpool being stuck with an aging high earner for a couple of years. Wishful thinking I know Wink

You'd think we won't be signing any more players the way some are going on.

Same old thing every season for as long as in remember, tiresome to read.

The squad currently is far stronger than it was 6 weeks before start of last season

A transfer being leaked as a result of a now-deleted Instagram Live video would be peak modern football, wouldn't it?

Can't remember where I saw it now, but I quite liked the rumour at the weekend that Football Phil was having a medical at Blackpool ...

Best departure from Swindon in years if it happens, good luck to him, he has several international caps for boring people.

Understand from Nixon that Blackpool are considering an offer for the Rolex clock. This so all the Swindon players will feel at home in the ground. Also give Keish something to aim at Pint

I saw Chris Kamara hit the clock from a penalty in a friendly back in 79/80 vs Roda JC Kerkrade.

We were attacking the Town End at the time (that part is untrue but the other part happened!).

Blackpool manager keen on Benda. Unofficial advisor, Owen Oyston suggests "it's not usually what I go for".

Oof.

Hearing the Cheltenham Massive is due to be announced as Official Never Happy With Anything At Blackpool Contingent, and will convert to being a closet Fleetwood fan. He is due to start posting about how shit Yates is and where's all the Stanley Matthews money gone imminently.
