More gamesmanship from Wycombe, and Akinfenwa looks like the Michelin man!

Does anyone have any unused red smoke bombs left over from our Championship season?

L1 play off 2nd legs today.

Pompey v Pox could easily go either way, Pompey had the better of the 1st leg IMO but Pox can easily grab a goal as they did down South last week. At leat both teams want to play a bit of football even if Pompeys is a little more route 1 than the Pox who prefer a slow build up.

If Pompey keep Browne quiet then they will win, one man team the Pox but they need to take their chances better than in the 1st leg.

In the other tie Fleetwood are as good as buried at 4-1 down vs Wycome, 2 dull as dishwater teams that both use dirty tactics and long balls to break down the opposition, can't see Fleetwood overcoming them today.

Home end looks fuller than normal today at the 3 sided eyesore.

Oxford had one half decent long shot otherwise all Pompey playing the more attacking football and Pox passing it around with no end product, much like most of the first leg.

Harrison should have scored that from a lovely cross from the right winger, the Pox left back is being skinned every single time so far, most of Pompeys pressing focussed on the poor left back.

Other than the Pox's 2 massive (and pretty useless) centre backs they are a small team, Pompey are like a team of men up against a developing Pox U23 side, lightweight and shirking from a lot of 50-50 balls so far.

Pompey are a far more physical and direct side, Pox are a lightweight passing team who try to keep possession but with no end product and poor from set peices.

I have seen nothing in any of the 3 L1 play off games so far to bother me as to what we will face next season TBH.

Harrison misses another good chance with just the keeper to beat!

Browne misses a chance 1 on 1 with the Pompey keeper, best chance for half an hour for them, poor finish though straight at the keeper.

Long kick by the keeper from after the save from Browne, onto Harrisons head 30 yards out and he nods it onto Harness who hits a low 20 yarder into the net with the keeper wrong footed.
