There were rail strikes on if I remember correctly? I drove, so I was sober Was bad enough watching it pissed, fair play if you watched it sober. Painful.

Natch, I have a fair few Pompey supporting mates so I will be wishing them well today! Although it would be nice to see the Pox get to the final and fail miserably ala Swindon v Preston or Exeter last week

Do you want them to have that temporary elation and then fall flat on their faces in the final, or just get miserably humiliated over two legs in the semis?

Or the glory of a play off final win at Wembley followed by a very long, miserable season and finishing bottom by 15-20 points. While at the same time we win another title with a record points total.

I have a suspicion that they may well win it. Therefore, I like the proposed outcome WB.

Off to the pub with my Pompey mate tonight. Red 'n' blue, hopefully with no piss-stains. It's a bit of a blow to the short-changed fans that they can't see this on their curtailed iFollow subscription, only on Sky.

On the flip side, it costs very little to get a NOW TV pass for these games compared to buying tickets for both legs...

Seriously? That's really shit. The league really does bend over backwards to do everything possible to display it's complete and utter contempt for loyal fans at every opportunity doesn't it?
