I seem to remember that we will still pay 'rent' to an account but this will be used for upkeep of the stadium. Essentially a savings account I guess and one that would of course give us interest.
That's how I took it to mean.

Rental goes to the Joint Venture doesn't it? So even at 50%, let's say £150,000 (as an example) can go to maintaining and improving the ground rather than £300,000 going to SBC for Shrug
