Love the "claimed they had the gate receipts paid into the THM account because there was petty theft throughout the club". So they solved the petty theft by replacing it with massive fraud, simples!
If I may say it shows a rather lively moral compass to suggest that faking documents and forging signatures is not acting dishonestly....
