Not really expecting too many TEFers to have much experience of bread making machines but I'm after getting one.

Not interested in any cost comparisons, just need to produce gluten free bread.

Anyone got or uses one?

If it's just for that reason couldn't you just buy gluten free off the shelf?

4D q & a forum,  where all the daft questions go  Cool

Haven't got one, or used one. I used to make cheese bread by hand, maybe you could give that a go?  Or, perhaps chalkies might loan his breadmaker to you  Smiley

I have one it is called an oven & you can get special tins to put the dough in. That is if you knead one.

Thanks for that.

Having just been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease I now have to get gluten out of my entire diet.

Not as easy as it sounds - the fucking stuff is everywhere

Use the bread maker to mix the dough - then cook in the oven - we seem to get a much better end result this way  Zzz
