Quite possibly, unfortunately I was at work, when they cleaned for the last time and departed....their boss though was a very nice English lady who did for me, up until retiring a couple of years ago.

Bad bad suggestion BO. A huge faux pas not to do something. Yep hand prints etc seem to go down well, and then , made mugs and stuff once they are old enough. Do it right and you cant do anything wrong for a while..
