Done one tonight for the first time,simmering away and the aroma alone has made my nips go lumb and my gums are bleeding. . . is this normal?

Must admit,it didn"t taste as hot as i thought it would. Apart from an itchy scalp and the token runny nose,no serious reactions whilst eating it. Got some left in the pot so thats Mondays dinner sorted,probably taste hotter tomorrow as there wont be a slab of Carling consumed before hand  This mornings constitutional lasted ten seconds but it took ten minutes to wipe my arse. |

Vindaloo for me last night. Had four shits today and nearly got caught in town this morning whilst shopping. Had to do a hover job in the savoy bogs. That was shit no4 and an unexpected one at that.
Hate taking a shit in public toilets and I never sit on them on the rare occasions I need one.
