So, if Steve does come back on here's some questions I'd like answered:
1) Who's running the club, Jed or Lee Power? As in, who reports in to who?
2) Who owns the club and/or majority shareholding in Seebeck 87?
3) You indicated you'd been "asked" to leave earlier than you'd expected, who asked? Jed or Lee?
4) Was that connected with the conclusion of the audit or is that just a coincidence?
5) You said you'd be concentrating on your own business interests (which is fair enough) but the club statement on your departure said "He will now have time to focus on the STFC MyWorld Project". Does that mean that's NOT owned by the club but licensed from you in some way?
6) Do the current board have funding to invest in the club or are they reliant on using the revenues generated by the club itself to fund the business?
7) Has Sanghita Shah been formally appointed to the board, as in has the paperwork been filed with Companies House or is this still pending? And which business is she a director of, the club or Seebeck 87?
8 ) Is Malta nice this time of year? I love Malta, proper jealous
Hi Pauld,
Not going to answer all the questions as I don't think it's my place to now as these are on going events, however I would say the following;
1&2. Jed is the Chairman and sole owner as far as I know. I would also add that the effort and enthusiasm Jed has injected into the club is the real driver that has led to the improvements and without him it is my belief that the club would be in trouble.
3. Rather not comment on this.
4. Complete coincidence
5. STFC MyWorld is a licenced product that generates money for the club
6. It is my understanding that funding is in place but obviously they are looking to create a self funding club going forward
7. Sangita is a fantastic addition to any board but I have no idea as to the current status of her appointment, but rest assured whatever Sangita does is the correct thing to be done at that time.
8. Its about 20 and very nice..
