I have sent an email on the 'contact us' section of Player to complain about the service. as anyone tried this and if so, what sort of response have you had?
They broke it even more when we all complained a month or two ago. |

I've emailed before, and today to get the sound turned on, and get a polite reply but not exactly bothered. I think we need to make a concerted effort. All player subscribers to email on the same day for example. |
