I think in the they've served us both bit, you should have mentioned Danny Williams, who history so far suggests is our best ever manager..and used to be Rotherham's longest serving player. Football fate decreed the 68/69 team secured a promotion with Roger Smart's 89th minute equaliser at Millmoor.
This brings back memories of that game. Still an apprentice at Pressed Steel, I travelled up to Rotherham with three toolmakers, Les Morris, Tug Wilson and Sleepy Frank (any memories of them from others?). Les lived next door to Town legend John Smith, so we had complimentary tickets. When we equalised Les threw his seat cushion up in the air and it stuck in the stanchions. My memory tells me it was Chris Jones who scored for us, well into injury time. Happy days...

I think it was Chris 'Jonah' Jones up at Rotherham - think he came on as a sub. We were behind the goal, the one with the railway line right behind it, surrounded by a little gang of northern thugs, so celebrations were a bit muted. A few days later we all let rip, that was the famous match when over 20k were at the CG for the last match of the season v Barrow.

Looks 442 to me, or 451 with Ajose in a free role behind Ranger.

I would have put N'Guessan in for Byrne but apart from that it looks alright.

It's our usual 4-3-3/4-5-1 isn't it? With Pritchard the AM like he was against Chelsea?

I must admit I thought Ajose looks better in a more central role with Pritchard coming in from the left, but its just versatile. We do have a lot of players that can play in several positions.

Because Ajose has said his prefered position is striker.

but we've played 3 up front most of the season and Ajose has played out wide more often than not. If we were going to play 442 today why play 352 on Tuesday?

Well they did say they would set up differently for away games from now on. It would be odd if the formation wasn't any different.

I was going by the comments from Luke Williams this week that said maybe we have to change things around in how we approach away games.
