Does anyone have an actual outline of the details of the loyalty points system? Seems to be mostly through word of mouth at the moment. There's a lot of questions which could do with answering.

I've worked out so far you get 15 points for a home league game and 10 for an away league game. Will these points vary for the cups? It might be a decent idea to offer some extra points for the really really unattractive cup ties? For example Macclesfield in the cup last year drew a respectable 6,408 with a tenner a ticket offer. If there was an offer of double the points for it so you get 30, would a similar fixture draw a few more perhaps? Would it make much of a difference?

Not sure if anyone has seen confirmed how long the points last for?

Is there any points available for purchasing merchandise? How much? A point for every tenner spent in store or something similar? What about sponsors stuff? Says you get points for every transaction but doesn't give details.

I noticed a 'loyalty balance' as some sort of cash back scheme (currently at £0.00 on my account for me) how does this work?

All in all the system seems to work so far. If I go Franchise Saturday I'll have my self over the 50 point mark required to be pretty much guaranteed a Chelsea ticket, even if I don't if Preston tickets go on sale shortly i'll be fine as well.

Where you find that ?

The club released a blurb the other day on how to sign up etc and from what i could make out you need a myworld membership as well as being registered for tickets ?
I followed their instructions but got nowhere on that

Q: How do I get a MyWorld membership?
A: If you already have an account on our new ticketing system then please go to www.stfcmyworld.com. Click on 'tickets' and then under the 'membership' tab, click 'MyWorld Membership' to gain access to all the benefits.

I click the membership tab and am faced with a page about under 10 season tickets

I have exactly the same problem - registered for ticket purchases no problem, but cannot seem to get registered on the my world site - I always end up on the under 10 season ticket page.

Still doesn't answer the questions I have asked or go in to any great detail. The other mentions of them have been brief referring to a loyalty system coming.

I may be wrong but during the phone in it was mentioned there would be a referral scheme coming. It wasn't clarified much, it could just mean on purchases from the club, or they may use referral on other vendors products if you click through a link on myWorld.

The latter makes some sense in the it would work like quidco/topcashback. You click and purchase, the vendor pays the referral fee to the club, you get a % back (hence ' loyalty balance').

Could be totally utterly wrong on this mind. We'll see.

Anyway I think all we know is 10 points for away, 15 points for home. Nothing else is clear (probably not 100% decided yet).

I'm not sure how I did it but I managed to set up my account when I purchased a Crewe ticket and now have 15 points. I've asked if I can redeem my Torquay ticket stub for another 15 points!

Do I need a Myworld card?

You don't need one but as a Non STH, if you do have one it saves the need to collect, print tickets. They are loaded onto the card and that is used to scan to ground entry, the same way the ST is.

Signing up to myworld will take you thru to checkout where you pay a quid for card delivery. Whether want or not. As posted above may come in handy tho.

I don't understand this at all.

The 'My Account' link tells me I have my Dad's season ticket assigned to my account but if I look under 'Match Tickets' it doesn't display anything. It doesn't show as having any loyalty points whereas I assume a ST holder would have some. The 'Membership' hyperlink just directs to http://www.swindontownfc.co.uk/tickets/U10tickets.aspx for some absurd reason.

My other email address says I have an account but need to activate it but can't.
