Miles Storey.
Watched him v Villa,and his little cameo before injury at Tranmere was as good as twenty mins i have seen from any of our forwards in the last year or so,he ripped there defence to shreds.
I have a feeling that if he can come through the season unscathed he could notch plenty.
At present it looks like he could be a likely starter?
Look forward to seeing if the early promise bears fruit.

In my unqualified opinion he has a lot of promise but isn't ready to start just yet.

That's the thing Leefer, I don't think we have anyone that can play the loan striker role . Both Storey and Williams need help up top to enable them to run from deep. In my opinion, obviously. If we are going 1 up, then Williams is the experienced man and I'd start with him. Pritchard IS a winger and about 5ft 2  (oh, OK, 5.7 1/2, that's an inch and a half taller than McNamee). |

Attacking midfielder is Pritchard but i am guessing we will only start with one up front at Posh.
Good points Batch,maybe Storey will get the nod v Torquay.

He is.
I like Storey. Right attitude, quick enough to frighten defenders and a player who is only gonna get better the more he plays. I don't think we should rely on him but I'd be disappointed if he wasnt actively involved. Could be a big year for him.

He was superb at Stevenage away last year, just before the Villa match |

I've really liked what I've seen of Miles so far. The boy will do well given the chance I reckon.
Should have got a chance earlier last season I think. The A. Rooney signing wasn't necessary IMO.

We had 2 players who could play the lone front man role - Collins has gone and Benson is obviously as welcome as a dose. Williams does not have the bottle to play there and Story is a novice. I's go with Storey but we really should be looking to buy someone.
