Is that the Chiseldon side who play in the Swindon and District Saturday league? If so, nice bunch of lads, bar the prick who throws himself to the ground at every opportunity and play acts... We literally laughed/kicked him off the pitch after a while. Grade A cunt. But like I say, the rest of the lads were really nice blokes who tried to play football.

Thats us.

Tom actually a decent bloke and bloody harmless off the pitch - can be a right dick on it though. However, like the professional level sometimes you have to act a bit to get decisions.

He's pulled off some right awful, stupid dives but I've also seen a keeper punch him in the face and get away with it right infront of the ref!!

We had a terrible season last year, both out goal keepers missed most of the season. Our top scorer from the previous season hasnt played football for 15 months now due to illness. Inconsistent - looking at how the league finished, bar Old Town we actually beat the rest of the top 4 last season.

The lad you had up top on his own is a very good player. Scored quite a few throughout the season, if memory serves me right? Genuinely a nice lad as well.
With regards to us, we don't really have an out and out goal scorer. Our goals are generally spread throughout the squad. We scored 47 I believe, which wasn't too bad for our first season! Gutted we missed out on 2nd place. Apparently there will be a couple of extra teams next season, which should mix it up a little more.

Did you play against us last season? If so, what position did you play?

Cody up top is good at what he does but is very limited. He's quick and he can finish. Some teams struggle to defend against that sort of player. Other teams can do it with ease. If you look his goals all came in lumps. He'd score back to back hat tricks then nothing for 6 games.

Don't get me wrong, he's far from a bad player but his strengths are his strengths.

I missed both games due to work - although I caught most of the game at the ridgeway in my trousers and shirt!!
