HoDM....why has this news been released by the Beeb, when there's nothing STFC related in the Adver today?

You must know if it's a Board gagging order?

Or an editorial sulk Smiley

to be honest I think the Adver do a great job in getting stories online quickly and for free. Financially I've never quite understood why they don't publish the headlines and wait until say 1pm for the full story, unless web advertising pays more than paper sales.

Agreed. The first check I do every day when I am in the office is check the Adver site for the days news (followed by this site).

How disappointing to see nothing today Sad

Brum trying to call our bluff here..they'll know we need him off the wage bill, and are gambling there'll be no other takers, willing to pay a fee. In which case we might have to let him go for a free..

Why the fuck would we allow him to leave on a free when he is under contract and other teams are interested in him, what a cock.

Cheeky gits

"The only way it can be resurrected - which I don't think Swindon will do - is if they make him available as a free transfer.

Well obviously, if another club wants to stump up a fee, then fine. We would let him leave for free, for the same reason we let Simon Ferry leave on a free.
