Plain wrong.
EFL should pull up the drawbridge & bring back reelection with a minimum 10k capacity only to be considered for promotion.
Bottom 5 in league 2 to be voted on with particulsr bias against garden sheds.

5 up 5 down across the EFL so that everyone is eventually in the Championship.
Revise the points system for an additional point for every goal scored from 3 & above.
Both teams deducted a point for scoreless draws.

Sorted.

Or just lump the EFL into one league & adopt the "Swiss Model".

And no, sadly that doesn't involve Ursula Andress in her prime.

Talking of goals scored. We’re top of teams in L2 for 2025. Who’d a thunk that.

Or include the NL (which is nearly 100% - if not 100% pro now) into the FL, let the top 6 or 8 or whatever fuck off to their Super League, incorporate the dregs of the PL into the FL as well, restructure the fucking lot and start again.

I usually think messing with football is a bad thing, but I wouldn't be against making the EFL four leagues of 20, so 100 teams including the prem. Standard format in every division 3 up, 3 down.

Right now we have a weird one with only two relegated from league two, but four promoted, but then only three promoted from league one and the championship.

Keep B Teams/U21 teams well the fuck away though.

Id throw in th towel if we see B Teams in the League.

Restart the Combination League, they have enough money if they want the B Teamers and Youngins to get experience.

This, we used to have some great reserve games vs Spurs, Arsenal, West Ham, Southampton, Portsmouth, QPR, Chelsea, Palace, Swansea, Cardiff and many more.

I went to a reserve game in the 80s vs Spurs when they had no game for a couple of weeks and played a lot of the first team and we had 5k attendance for a reserve game. Nice little earner for the club with teamsheets 5p a go!

Even into the 90's I used to go to a lot of stiffs games when I lived in Newcastle, often a good smattering of dropped or coming back first teamers out, plus strangely Robin Hulbert who was on loan from us to them (god only knows why!), usually a decent crowd and useful if one wanted a cheap fix.

I suppose the problem is these days is even just to open up one stand would cost money and would enough attend to make it wash its face, I still suspect lack of football is holding some youngsters back and at the higher level possibly being illustrated by some of the higher level loanees we get who seem to be technically brilliant but footbally clueless!

Under a 100 team 5 division including Prem set up, could probably get away with getting rid of them in the EFL Trophy too.

This pleases me, I would love them to get relegated, massively over inflated egos.

6 consecutive defeats and moaning about the referee, the manager and the new owners, nice.

Peterborough beating superstar Birmingham in the vertu final

I see the Birmingham players took defeat kindly at the end, with that dickhead Keshi Anderson leading at the front

What was their reaction? I can't see it on the highlights.
