I am not entirely sure the Arsenal fanbase was happy with finishing 5th though?  Not given what they were sold when they racked up debt to build the new stadium and where they were at the time they broke ground.

Rebuilds take time. Look at United. Shambolic. You could argue the selfishness of Aubameyang denied Arsenal of 4th.

Right. They were apoplectically unsatisfied at finishing in the top four for twenty odd successive seasons!

Liverpool losing to the useless Man Utd, and after three games being a point behind them and only a point in front of the useless Everton.

The Court of Arbitration has dismissed Cardiff City’s appeal and confirmed Emiliano Sala’s transfer was fully completed before his death.  Nantes’ claim for first instalment of transfer fee of 6 million Euros upheld.

Fucking about time too, the way Cardiff dealt with the whole situation was a shambles

More in the ‘what’s sweet about football’ camp, but seeing that exeter have signed the late Adam Stansfields son on loan, and given him the number nine shirt, which had been retired in respect of his dad

Not necessarily right with football per se but funny nonetheless.

Left the field of play without prior agreement of the match official.
