Alexis Sanchez's goal for Barca against Atletico.  Wow!

Good to see Atleti take the title....I love watching Barca play, but they haven't really been quite good enough to deserve winning the league this year.

Kind of summed up by the equaliser being scored by a defender from a corner....Atleti, now can go into next Saturday with nothing to lose.

Another curio is that Atleti, play pretty a much old skool English style 4-4-2. They do have technically good players, but it is pretty much done on graft, physicality and goals from set plays.

Kammy.

Kammy is what's right with football, for so many reasons. Here's just one of those reasons:

It doesn't matter. It needs repeating. Because Kammy is amazing.

I was listening to a radio 5 show recently, the presenter was Dan Walker and he was talking to Neil Lennon. They had a 15 year old Brazilian lad on during the show who was a huge Celtic fan whose ambition when he's 18,is to travel to Scotland to watch his heroes play. Lennon asked Walker to make sure that the BBC kept in touch with the lad and when he makes his trip,he would watch the match with him and to give him a full once in a lifetime Celtic experience. Love the way the Argie players and staff sing like fans post matches (they win). Goes to show what it means to them. Can't see certain other teams do this.

Bet they lose today after saying that, hope not as a Holland/Argie semi would probably give me a semi.

In response to the deaths of the two Newcastle United supporters killed in the Ukrainian plane disaster, Sunderland supporters have so far raised over £6,000 to pay for a floral tribute.

I can't imagine the scenario whereby I, or others would do likewise had they been Oxford fans.

Fair play to those on Wearside. Clap
