Quite apart from the issues surrounding how this team might struggle without new bodies coming in, the lack of transparency from the top, when we need transparency most and they can't even give us a transparent reason for not being transparent, is what I'd imagine is concerning the majority of us most of all. I think people will be quite reticent about early bird renewal, and renewal in general (unless we get promoted with this team anyway and swept away on the euphoria that ensues, which is maybe what they're gambling on *conspiracy*  ) if this embargo is not lifted, and we're furthermore not given an explanation for any of this, leaving everyone still in the dark over the nature of who they're handing money to. |

Speculation is going to spiral the longer the silence continues.
What I don't understand is if the FL did a fit and proper persons test 2 weeks ago which looks at our new owners finances/plans, what is the hold up now?
The new board need to start talking to fans, it would seem their collective inexperience at running a football club is coming to the fore and as has already been mentioned erode any goodwill/benefit of the doubt from fans.

Jed owns/owned Banbury and Hooper has worked at at least 2 other clubs. They also have a consultant whose and experienced football man in Martin King. These things are out there in the public domain and on this site. It's no secret. If you want to know about things it helps to read about them. |
