It doesn't, not in this instance. Aggravated trespass was the legislation brought in to try and combat hunt saboteurs. It elevates the simple (civil) act of trespass into a criminal offence when the person(s) trespassing do so with intent to disrupt a lawful activity (i.e. hunting). It wouldn't apply here, even though it sounds like it might. Classic case of sounding like you know what you're talking about Smiley (Not you Fred)

I seriously considered getting involved in hunt sabbing. I decided not to partake in it due to knowing I wouldn't be able to take the abuse and assualts they do without retaliating. The pacifists that do no wrong end up getting battered and nicked so I stood no chance. Fucking hate hunting me

@WCPatey: PDC agreed in principle to the sale of Ritchie a week before he was sold.  His condition was that we brought in loan players.
