Encouraging appointment IMO, could be a very shrewd move by Jedward and co based on what I've read from the Villa fans and others in the game who know him.

more than likely, yes, as their times at Villa overlapped and was manager of the reserve side that Collins presumably played for.

I seem to recall him having quite long curly dark hair, when he was with the Scousers. Only a squad player, that might reflect his character a bit, having spent years as a backroom man.
