Welcome Kev! A good solid appointment of an ambitious manager,now wanting to make his way in the game.
I'm sure that James Collins will be pleased,as MacDonald was his youth and reserve manager at Villa.

Welcome to Swindon Kevin.
Delighted by the generally positive vibes coming from fans regarding the appointment.
With his superb record in youth development it is a sign of where this club's future will lie. Will be interesting to see how quickly he moves into the loan market or how much research he has done into our team already.
A lot of negativity has been around regarding McCrory and his clan, but this appointment seems to have a large backing which is a huge positive.
I hope he isnt judged on the last 14 games of this season alone and is given time to build something.
