Not lately, no. Although it would put the stink in stinking bishop I suppose.

If only Paolo had made a statement to the press to enlighten us.
Exactly. All we've heard so far from Paolo is a lot of whinging and moaning about the Board making false promises and that the statement made when Patey left was untrue.....and that he would be telling us fans the real truth. I wish he'd get on with it. The suspense is killing me.

I think last nights performance spoke a thousand words for Paolo.
He dosn't need to explain himself really does he.

Do you remember the Orient and Colchester games at home, earlier in the season, when PdC was in charge?

I do. They were two out of the many games that Paolo were in charge. Admittedly they were poor but were more than made up for by pretty much the majority of the other games. Of the two games we've had Ward/Miller in charge for they've been at a similar level to the two games you mentioned. Leefer's point stands.

History........WE WERE TOP OF THE LEAGUE WHEN HE LEFT.....I CARE TO REMEMBER THE CUP RUNS AND BRILLIANT PERFORMANCES THAT GOT US TOP. And all you can do is bring up two matches we lost....explains a lot.

Paolo left us. He wasn't forced out, he didn't even go to another job. He just couldn't be fucked with us anymore.

I don't think he couldn't be fucked with us anymore. On the brink of a 2nd consecutive promotion when he left, he would have been very foolish if that was the case. Atm leaving us is to the detriment of his own managerial career so I'm still convinced there are pretty good reasons behind it.

Abso-bloody-lutely Some people are acting like was cruely sacked for no reason. He walked when the going got tough and used a feeble timescale, that neither old or new board had any control over, as his excuse. He was bloody superb manager for us but he has proven to be a quitter.
