The Bell on the Common is a decent place, middle of no where and surrounded by country roads. Under new management now but can't imagine it will have changed much since I last went there. http://www.thebellonthecommon.co.uk/Edit: forgot to mention, it is in Broughton Gifford.

You might enjoy this place between Ramsbury and Marlborough. Who knows you might even have Mr Wray sitting at the next table! http://redlionaxford.com/

White Horse Compton Bassett - you never know, you might bump into Robbie Williams or Michael McIntyre...

Been to the Falcon at Poulton a couple of times recently, can highly recommend. The best pub food i've ever had and excellent value too.
