Looking for a really good pub/restaurant in Wiltshire to go for lunch or dinner for my birthday. I should with any luck have my new car just before so looking for somewhere which has nice winding county roads. Something like 3 crowns in brinkworth (before they got shit alegedly)
All recomendations welcome.

The Bell on the Common  is a decent place, middle of no where and surrounded by country roads. Under new management now but can't imagine it will have changed much since I last went there.

Been to the Falcon at Poulton a couple of times recently, can highly recommend. The best pub food i've ever had and excellent value too.
