The Swan at Southrop has good winding roads and great food.
The Five Bells in Wickham isn't in Wiltshire, but only 20 mins from Swindon and a great, great pub.
Does the Red Lion in Cricklade count? If not the the Vale of the White Horse Inn at Minety is closer and good.

I like riverside pubs so the swan at radcot is a fav of mine. There's a pub which does very nice food further up the road on the other side of clanfield but I'm buggered If I can remember what it's called.

The Bell on the Common is a decent place, middle of no where and surrounded by country roads. Under new management now but can't imagine it will have changed much since I last went there. http://www.thebellonthecommon.co.uk/Edit: forgot to mention, it is in Broughton Gifford. Fox is better..
