Got taken apart by Spain in a match I remember watching....not many from that side look like stepping up apart maybe from Caulker.
Spain had Martin Montoya and Marc Bartra, who now get a bit of game time with Barca....Montoya looks seriously good. Thiago Alcantara, has been something of a Barca regular, over the last 18 months albeit used in rotation, also Iker Muniain, a Bilbao regular...and their great white hope Sergio Canales, who went to Real at same time as The Special One, and seems to have fallen out with him.
All of which shows how difficult it is to move up from that level to even making a decent career for yourself.
